Acceptance and Action Questionnaire, AAQ-II

Online version of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ), a self-report measure assessing psychological flexibility and experiential avoidance – key constructs in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The instrument captures the tendency to avoid unwanted internal experiences and the ability to act in accordance with values despite them.

Both the original 9-item version (AAQ) and the revised 7-item version (AAQ-II) are available.
