Online version of the Wender Utah Rating Scale (WURS), a self-report instrument that is designed to retrospectively evaluate the presence and severity of childhood symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults 18+. The scale can help link childhood symptoms with patterns of behaviour in adulthood, but however is limited by the capacity of the patient to recall memories from childhood.
