Ruminative Responses Scale, RRS

Online version of the Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS), a self-report measure of the individuals' tendency to ruminate when in a sad or depressed mood. Rumination is a method of coping with negative mood characterized by self-refection as well as a repetitive and passive focus on one's negative emotions.
