Communicative and Organizational Abilities Test

Online version of the Communicative and Organizational Abilities Test, a psychological questionnaire developed in the Soviet Union to assess two important aspects of social functioning: the ability to communicate effectively with others and the ability to organize group activity. The method was widely used in educational and vocational guidance settings, particularly among students and young adults.

Although originally developed in the Soviet period, the questionnaire remains in active use in contemporary Russia, particularly in educational psychology.
