Online version of the RST Personality Questionnaire (RST-PQ), a self-report measure based on Gray and McNaughton's revised Reinforcement Sensitivity Theory. It assesses three core motivational systems: approach motivation (BAS), anxiety-related inhibition (BIS), and fear-based avoidance (FFFS). The questionnaire provides a detailed profile, including four facets of approach motivation (reward interest, goal persistence, reward responsiveness, and impulsivity). An optional Defensive Fight scale is assessed separately from the FFFS due to theoretical and measurement considerations.
A short 22-item version RST-PQ-S is also available.
