Online version of the Jackson-5 Scales, a self-report measure developed within the framework of revised Reinforcement Sensitivity Theory. It assesses five dimensions corresponding to core motivational systems: approach motivation, anxiety-related inhibition, and three distinct fear responses (fight, flight, and freezing). The instrument was designed to clearly distinguish fear from anxiety and to conceptualize approach motivation as a stable, reward-driven trait.
