Life Position Scale

Online version of the Life Position Scale, a self-report measure based on Eric Berne's transactional analysis, assessing fundamental beliefs about oneself and others. The scale reflects four basic life positions formed through early experience: “I'm OK – You're OK,” “I'm OK – You're not OK,” “I'm not OK – You're OK,” and “I'm not OK – You're not OK.” These positions represent enduring patterns of self-worth and interpersonal perception that influence relationships, communication, and behavior across situations.
