Perceived Stress Scale, PSS-14

Online version of the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), the most widely used instrument for measuring the perception of stress. A self-reported measure assesses the degree to which situations in one's life are appraised as stressful during the last month.

The shortened PSS-10 version has demonstrated superior psychometric properties compared to the original PSS-14.
