Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, OLBI

Online version of the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) designed to measure burnout across adults employed in various occupational settings. The OLBI aims to provide a measure of burnout that includes both physical and cognitive aspects of exhaustion, as well as the concept of disengagement from work.
