Emotional Style Assessment

Online version of the Emotional Style Assessment, based on the framework developed by neuropsychologist Richard Davidson and presented in his book The Emotional Life of Your Brain. According to this model, a person's emotional style is defined by six core dimensions, each associated with specific patterns of brain activity and characteristic ways of responding to events, other people, and one's own experiences: Resilience, Outlook, Social Intuition, Self-Awareness, Sensitivity to Context, and Attention.

This online version combines items from the six separate questionnaires presented in the book to produce an overall emotional style profile.
