Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) is a term introduced by Elaine Aron to describe individuals with heightened sensitivity to environmental and emotional stimuli, a personality characteristic known as sensory processing sensitivity (SPS).
This is the first test for HSP developed by the author. There is a modern validated version: Highly Sensitive Person Scale (HSP-R).
