Life Style Index, LSI

Online version of the Life Style Index (LSI), a self-report measure of psychological defense mechanisms, developed by Robert Plutchik and Henry Kellerman, based on Plutchik's psychoevolutionary theory of emotions and Kellerman's structural model of personality.

The instrument assesses a range of defense mechanisms, including denial, repression, projection, regression, and others, providing a profile of dominant defenses as well as the overall intensity of defensive functioning.
