Online version of the Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ-40), a self-report measure assessing habitual psychological defense mechanisms and broader defense styles. The scale groups defenses into mature, neurotic, and immature styles, reflecting characteristic ways individuals manage internal conflict, distress, and threatening thoughts or feelings.
