Online version of the Circumplex Scales of Interpersonal Values (CSIV), a self-report measure developed by Kenneth D. Locke to assess the interpersonal experiences, roles, and behaviors that people value in relationships with others. Based on the interpersonal circumplex model, the CSIV measures values organized around the two broad dimensions of agency and communion, covering eight interpersonal octants such as agentic, communal, submissive, separate, and mixed interpersonal orientations.
