Online version of the Circumplex Scales of Intergroup Goals (CSIG), a self-report measure developed by Kenneth D. Locke to assess goals for interactions between groups. Based on the interpersonal circumplex model, the CSIG organizes intergroup goals around the broad dimensions of agency and communion. It measures how people want their group to relate to another group – for example, whether they prefer their group to be authoritative, tough, self-protective, wary, conflict-avoidant, cooperative, supportive, or leading in a constructive way.
