Identity Resilience Index, IRI

Online version of the Identity Resilience Index (IRI), a self-report measure assessing identity resilience – a pattern of self-perceptions that helps individuals maintain psychological well-being in the face of stress, uncertainty, and life challenges. Based on Identity Process Theory, the scale evaluates positive self-esteem, self-efficacy, continuity, and distinctiveness, which together contribute to a stable and resilient sense of identity.
