Sense of Coherence Scale, SOC-R

Online version of the Sense of Coherence Scale (SOC), a self-report measure assessing a person's general orientation toward life within the salutogenic framework. It captures the extent to which individuals perceive life events as comprehensible, manageable, and meaningful – reflecting a stable tendency to view stressors as structured, predictable, and worthy of engagement. The scale is widely used to examine adaptive functioning, resilience, and health-related outcomes.
