Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire, SSRQ

Online version of the Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ), a self-report measure assessing the ability to develop, implement, and flexibly maintain goal-directed behavior. The scale is based on a seven-step model of self-regulation and was originally developed to study addictive behaviors.
