Online version of the Action Control Scale (ACS-90, original german – HAKEMP-90), a self-report measure developed by Julius Kuhl to assess individual differences in action versus state orientation. The scale describes how people regulate intentions, emotions, and behavior after failure, during decision-making, and while carrying out planned actions.
The most commonly used version is the shortened ACS-24, which includes only the failure-related and decision-related scales.
