Online version of the Emotional Contagion Scale (ECS), a 15-item self-report measure developed by R. William Doherty to assess susceptibility to “catching” other people's emotions. The scale evaluates individual differences in emotional contagion across five emotions: happiness, love, fear, anger, and sadness.
