Boredom Proneness Scale, BPS-SR

Online version of the Boredom Proneness Scale (BPS), a self-report measure assessing the tendency to experience boredom across situations and over time. It captures difficulties maintaining interest and engagement, low stimulation tolerance, and susceptibility to feelings of monotony, dissatisfaction, and under-stimulation.
