Online version of the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), one of the most widely used self-report measures of alexithymia. It assesses three dimensions: Difficulty Identifying Feelings, Difficulty Describing Feelings, and Externally Oriented Thinking, reflecting key aspects of emotional awareness and processing.
