PROMIS Sleep-Related Impairment SF-8a

Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) is a set of standardized self-report measures developed to assess physical, mental, and social health across a wide range of medical and non-medical populations. PROMIS instruments are widely used in research and healthcare to evaluate symptoms, functioning, and quality of life using a common measurement framework.

The following PROMIS adult short forms are available as online versions: Anxiety (symptoms of fear, worry, and anxiety), Depression (negative mood, self-criticism, and depressive symptoms), Fatigue (fatigue severity and its impact on daily functioning), Anger (feelings of anger, irritability, and frustration), Sleep Disturbance (perceived sleep quality, difficulties falling or staying asleep, and overall sleep problems), and Sleep-Related Impairment (daytime consequences of poor sleep, including sleepiness, tiredness, and difficulties with alertness and functioning).

These scales are provided for informational purposes only. For the complete set of measures (300+), please refer to the official website.
