Online version of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D), a self-report measure assessing the frequency of depressive symptoms in the general population over the past week. It captures affective, cognitive, and somatic aspects of depression, including mood, anhedonia, sleep, and concentration difficulties.

The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale for Children (CES-DC) is an adapted version designed for use with younger populations.
