Machiavellianism Scale, MACH-IV

Online version of the Machiavellianism Scale (MACH-IV), a foundational self-report measure developed by Richard Christie and Florence Geis, who introduced the construct of “Machiavellianism” into personality psychology. The scale assesses a manipulative, cynical interpersonal style characterized by strategic thinking, emotional detachment, and indifference to conventional morality.
