Cook-Medley Hostility Scale, CMHS

Online version of the Cook-Medley Hostility Scale (CMHS), an MMPI-based instrument designed to measure an individual's degrees of hostility.

Results include original 50-item «Ho» Scale and six sub-traits: cynicism, hostile attributions, hostile affect, aggressive responding, social avoidance and other (Barefoot, 1989). Commonly used 27-item version (sum of the first 3 sub-traits) is also available.
