Online version of the Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory (ZTPI), a self-report measure developed by Philip Zimbardo and John N. Boyd to assess individual differences in time perspective – the way people habitually relate to the past, present, and future. The scale captures multiple temporal orientations, including Past-Negative, Past-Positive, Present-Hedonistic, Present-Fatalistic, and Future, providing a profile of how time-related attitudes influence behavior, decision-making, and well-being.
An additional scale, the, Transcendental-Future Time Perspective Inventory (TTPI), assesses beliefs and attitudes related to the distant future beyond one's lifetime (e.g., life after death or long-term existential outlook).
