Online version of the Young Schema Questionnaire Revised (YSQ-R), a self-report inventory designed to assess 20 Early Maladaptive Schemas (EMS) that develop in childhood and shape how individuals perceive themselves, others, and the world. The questionnaire is based on the original YSQ-L3 (Young 2003) and has been updated using Rasch analysis to improve measurement properties.
