Thought Fusion Instrument, TFI

Online version of the Thought Fusion Instrument (TFI), a self-report measure assessing metacognitive beliefs about the significance of intrusive thoughts. Within a cognitive-behavioral framework, it captures the tendency to interpret thoughts as meaningful or consequential. The scale includes three subdomains, reflecting different ways thoughts are linked to actions, events, and objects.
