Psy-Flex

Online version of Psy-Flex, a brief self-report measure assessing psychological flexibility as a context-sensitive construct over the past week. Each item corresponds to one of the six core processes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): present-moment awareness, openness to experience, cognitive defusion, self-as-context, values awareness, and committed action. The scale is designed for repeated use in both clinical and research settings.
