Leahy Emotional Schemas Questionnaire, LESS

Online version of the Leahy Emotional Schema Scale (LESS-II), a brief self-report measure developed to assess emotional schemas – beliefs, interpretations, and habitual responses related to one's own emotions. Based on Robert L. Leahy's emotional schema model, the scale evaluates dysfunctional ways of understanding and responding to emotions, such as viewing emotions as invalid, incomprehensible, unacceptable, uncontrollable, shameful, or dangerous.

Also available is the original LESS, although the revised LESS-II is generally recommended.
