Cognitive Style Questionnaire, CSQ-SF

Online version of the Cognitive Style Questionnaire (CSQ-SF – Short Form), a self-report measure assessing cognitive vulnerability styles associated with depression. Based on the hopelessness theory of depression, it evaluates characteristic patterns of interpreting negative events, including stable and global attributions, negative inferences about consequences, and negative implications for the self.
