Core Beliefs Inventory

Online version of the Core Beliefs Inventory, a self-report measure presented by McKay and Fanning in Prisoners of Belief and adapted in part from Jeffrey Young's Schema Questionnaire. The inventory is designed to assess negative core beliefs about the self, other people, and the world, including deeply held assumptions related to defectiveness, helplessness, unlovability, mistrust, vulnerability, failure, and lack of control.
