Cognition Checklist, CCL

Online version of the Cognition Checklist (CCL), developed by Aaron T. Beck and colleagues, a self-report measure assessing the frequency of thoughts associated with anxiety and depression. Based on cognitive theory, it evaluates characteristic cognitive patterns such as worry, threat anticipation, hopelessness, self-criticism, and negative expectations, helping to distinguish between anxiety-related and depression-related thinking.
