Online version of the Dysfunctional Attitude Scale (DAS), designed by Aaron Beck to measure the intensity of dysfunctional attitudes, a hallmark feature of depression. According to Beck's view of depression, individuals vulnerable to depression have maladaptive schemas, which remain dormant until triggered by stressful life events. Dysfunctional beliefs reflect the content of these relatively stable schemas.
